Up to 100 positions across every account type, with gain/loss, % of portfolio and % of income.

03
Dividend Safety Score

Every holding rated Strong, OK or Review from payout ratio, growth streak, dividend growth and yield.

04
12-month Pay Calendar

Spot your thin months and fill them with payers on a different schedule.

05
Dividend Log + Income History

Record what you actually receive and watch it grow year over year.

06
30-year Snowball

Test contributions, dividend growth and reinvestment, and see the year your paycheck reaches your goal.

07
The Dividend Paycheck Playbook (PDF)

Eight pages: find your number, the 7-point safety check, building a pay calendar, which account to hold what in, and the 9 traps that cost dividend investors money.

Questions

Do I need Excel?

No. It opens free in Google Sheets, and works in Microsoft Excel on desktop or the web.

Does it pull live prices?

You update prices yourself; once a month is plenty. In Google Sheets you can switch on live prices with one formula, explained on the Start Here tab.

Does it connect to my broker?

No, and that's deliberate. Nothing to hack, nothing to subscribe to. Your data stays in your file.

I'm not in the US. Will it work?

Yes, it works in any currency. The guide's tax chapter is US-focused.

Who is it for?

Anyone building dividend income, from a first ETF to a portfolio that pays the mortgage.

Start with the free checklist.

Seven quick checks to spot a risky dividend before it gets cut, on one printable page.
