These terms cover buying and using products from Oscar Kiki (“we”, “us”), including from oscarkiki.com and our Etsy shop. By buying or using a product you agree to them. Questions: reply to any email from us (receipts and download emails), or message our Etsy shop.
What you’re buying
Our spreadsheets and printables are digital files you download. Nothing is shipped. Each listing says what’s in the download and what software it works with. Our iPhone apps are sold through the App Store. 313 Audio plugins and sounds are covered by the 313 Audio terms.
How you can use our files
When you buy a spreadsheet or printable, you can use it for your own personal or business use, on your own devices, and print as many copies as you need for yourself or your own business.
You can’t resell, share, give away or upload the files (or edited versions of them) for other people to download, or sell them as part of another product. If you want to use our files for a class, a team or clients, ask us first by replying to any email from us or messaging our Etsy shop.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Etsy for Etsy orders, by HubSpot Payments (Stripe) on our checkout pages, or by Lemon Squeezy for some products. We never see your full card details.
Delivery
You can download the files as soon as you’ve paid. On oscarkiki.com you go straight to your download page after paying, and we email you the download link. On Etsy the files are under You > Purchases and reviews.
Refunds
If a file won’t open or doesn’t do what the listing says, reply to your receipt email (or message our Etsy shop if you bought on Etsy) and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Apps
Apps are licensed to you under Apple’s standard licence agreement for App Store apps. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings, and Apple handles billing and refunds. Each app’s page on oscarkiki.com lists what’s free and what the upgrade includes, and links to the app’s privacy policy.
Money tools are not advice
Our dividend, budget, pricing and tax tools are educational. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional. Sample numbers in our images and files are examples, not promises of results.
Our responsibility
We test every product before it goes on sale, but files and apps are provided as they are, and we can’t promise they’ll suit every situation. If a product doesn’t work as described, our promise is to fix it or refund you. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any product is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. The terms in place when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
