This page covers the Speaker Clean app for iPhone and its page at oscarkiki.com/apps/speaker-cleaner. 313 Audio is a brand of Oscar Kiki ("we", "us").
The app
The app collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn't send anything to us. Anything it saves, such as your settings, stays on your phone.
Microphone
The sound meter uses the microphone while it's switched on, to show how loud it is around you. The sound is measured on your phone and dropped straight away: nothing is recorded, saved or sent anywhere. The rest of the app never uses the microphone.
What the app keeps
Your settings, saved tone presets, a list of the cleans you've run (when, which mode, and how it sounded to you) and the minimum, average and maximum of saved meter readings are kept on your phone only, inside the app. Deleting the app deletes them. Nothing is uploaded and we have no servers that receive it.
Purchases
Speaker Cleaner Pass is bought through Apple. We don't see your name, email or payment details; Apple tells the app only whether the Pass is active.
Sharing
If you tap Share after Who hears higher, the app makes a picture of the result and hands it to the share sheet on your phone. It goes only where you send it.
Buying a subscription or the unlock
If you subscribe or buy the one-time unlock, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple under its own terms and privacy policy, and the app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Terms of Use. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. The app only asks the App Store whether your Apple ID has an active subscription or the unlock, so it can turn the full app on, restore it on a new phone and turn it off when a subscription ends. You can cancel a subscription any time in your Apple ID settings.
The website
The Speaker Clean page runs on oscarkiki.com, which is hosted by HubSpot and uses cookies, analytics and the Reddit Pixel as described in the Oscar Kiki privacy policy. If you give us your email address on that page, to hear when the app launches or to send us a question, we store it in HubSpot with your message and use it only for that and occasional news about our apps. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes
If we change how the app handles data, we'll update this page and the date above before the change ships.
