Sending a long product list?

If you ordered the done-for-you Pricing & Profit Calculator in our Etsy shop, you can send us your products in the order's personalization box or an Etsy message. For a long list, this form is often easier than typing it into a message. Using it is optional.

What to include

  • Your Etsy order number if you use the form, so we can match your list to your order. It's in your Etsy purchase receipt.
  • Each product with its current price and roughly how many minutes it takes you to make one.
  • What goes into each product and how much of it, for example 7 oz of wax and one tin.
  • What you pay for materials: the price of a pack and how much is in it. We work out the cost per item.
  • Packaging and shipping, and where you sell (Etsy, your own site, craft fairs or wholesale).

If you already keep this in a spreadsheet, you can upload it with the form instead of typing it out. Rough numbers are fine; you can change any of them in the calculator later.

What happens next

  1. We set up your calculator with up to 25 products.
  2. Within 3 business days after you send your product list, we send the finished file to you through Etsy, with a short note on your three most underpriced items and the price that would fix each one.
  3. If we've misread something, message us on Etsy and we'll make one round of changes.
