Oscar Kiki ("we", "us") makes and sells digital products, including the Dividend Paycheck Planner and the 313 Audio plugins. This policy explains what data we handle when you visit oscarkiki.com, sign up for something free, or buy from us.
Sign-ups and email
When you request a free download such as the Dividend Safety Checklist, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send what you asked for and a short series of emails about the topic, plus occasional news about our products. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Our contact list and emails are managed in HubSpot.
Payments and orders
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment and billing details under their privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your email address and order information so we can deliver your download and help you if something goes wrong.
This website
oscarkiki.com is hosted by HubSpot. HubSpot sets cookies and collects standard analytics (pages visited, referring site, approximate location from IP address) so we can see which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Advertising
oscarkiki.com uses the Reddit Pixel to measure which of our Reddit ads lead to visits, sign-ups and purchases. When you visit, Reddit may set cookies and receive the pages you view and actions such as clicking a buy button, under Reddit's privacy policy. We don't send Reddit your name or email address. You can block it with your browser's cookie or tracker settings and the site will still work.
How we use data
Only to send what you asked for, deliver and support your orders, tell you about our products, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and apart from the Reddit Pixel described above we don't share it with advertising platforms.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, reply to any email from Oscar Kiki and ask. Payment records held by Lemon Squeezy are subject to their policy and legal retention rules.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, the "last updated" date above will change.
