Where’s my download?

Bought on oscarkiki.com: the page you land on after paying has your download, and we email you the same link. Bookmark it to download again later.

Bought on Etsy: go to You > Purchases and reviews and click Download Files.

The file won’t open on my phone.

Spreadsheets are much easier on a computer. Download the file on a computer, unzip it, and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.

How do I open it in Google Sheets?

Open a blank spreadsheet at sheets.google.com, choose File > Import > Upload, and pick the .xlsx file.

Can I get a refund?

If a file won’t open or doesn’t do what its page says, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you. Etsy orders are refunded through Etsy. Purchases inside our apps go through the App Store or Google Play, which handle refunds. The details are in our refund policy.
