This page covers the Dibbles app for iPhone and its page at oscarkiki.com/apps/dibbles. The app is made by Oscar Kiki ("we", "us").
The app
The app collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn't send anything to us. Anything it saves, such as your settings, stays on your phone.
What the app keeps
Player names, scores, settings and any prompts you write are saved on your phone only, inside the app. Deleting the app deletes them. Nothing is uploaded and we have no servers that receive it.
Buying a subscription or the unlock
If you subscribe or buy the one-time unlock, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple under its own terms and privacy policy, and the app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Terms of Use. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. The app only asks the App Store whether your Apple ID has an active subscription or the unlock, so it can turn the full app on, restore it on a new phone and turn it off when a subscription ends. You can cancel a subscription any time in your Apple ID settings.
The website
The Dibbles page runs on oscarkiki.com, which is hosted by HubSpot and uses cookies, analytics and the Reddit Pixel as described in the Oscar Kiki privacy policy. If you give us your email address on that page, to hear when the app launches or to send us a question, we store it in HubSpot with your message and use it only for that and occasional news about our apps. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
